Training Engine
The live session screen: log every set type—normal, warm-up, drop set, failure, bodyweight, sprint, recovery. Optional RPE and tempo. Group into supersets and blocks; run circuits with rounds and time caps. Rest timers start when you complete a set; skip or add time as needed. Ghost sets show your last performance; AI suggests next weight or reps. If your phone dies mid-session, your progress is saved and restored when you’re back—bunker-level reliability so the void never loses your work.
